One version of the truth, so your team stops arguing about the numbers.
I help growing businesses whose reports disagree turn scattered spreadsheets and tools into one information system that people trust.
Where the problem shows up
Most growing businesses answer a new question by building a new report. A team needs the monthly figures, so someone pulls an export, adjusts a few columns and sends a spreadsheet, and the next team does the same with a slightly different export. Every report is accurate on its own terms, which is why nobody questions the arrangement.
The difficulty appears when two reports meet. Finance and marketing quote different totals, a dashboard disagrees with the CRM, and a meeting that was meant to decide something turns into a discussion about which figure is correct. Each disagreement costs a few hours, and the cost returns every month because the structure that produces it is still in place. How much of your team's week goes into checking numbers instead of using them? And what happens to decisions once leadership stops trusting the data behind them?
The better principle is to settle the data once, in a structure that can be explained, and to let every report read from it. That is the work I do.
What I have changed for others
Market research data: one environment for 6.4 million records
A quantitative research setup depended on separate price files that were prepared again for every experiment, so results could not be reproduced reliably. I designed a PostgreSQL architecture that standardises the data, keeps 21 native MT5 timeframes as recorded, and separates raw market data from derived research outputs. The research environment now holds more than 6.4 million historical price records, with roughly 20 years of history for several markets, in one place. Read the case study.
60+ websites: one warehouse and one schema
A marketing group measured performance differently on each of its websites, which made comparison and return-on-investment calculations unreliable. I designed the foundation schema and centralised Google Search Console and analytics data from more than 60 websites in a BigQuery warehouse. Teams can now compare any property with any other from one shared model. Read the case study.
Client reporting: from many platforms to one funnel
Monthly reporting meant collecting figures from call tracking, Google Business Profile, traffic, rankings and the CRM, one platform at a time. I built a Looker Studio system that gathers them automatically into one dashboard per client, from visibility to conversion. Each client now receives one recurring report, and the manual monthly reporting work was reduced. Read the case study.
What changes for your business
Reports agree because they read from the same place. Questions that once needed a fresh export are answered from data that already exists, and a change to a definition is made once and appears everywhere. People spend their time on what the numbers mean instead of whether they are right. The work can include database design or review, pipelines, a shared reporting schema, dashboards, backup and recovery planning, and documentation that lets someone else maintain the system.
Where this leads next
A settled information system is the base that makes data liquidity, automation and predictive analytics dependable, because each of them is only as reliable as the data beneath it. Connections between tools sit under IPaaS Services, and deployment, monitoring and disaster recovery sit under Infrastructure. If your data is already in good shape, we can begin with the next layer instead.
